Rebuild strength, regain confidence, and embrace motherhood with resilience!
Welcome to Postpartum Recovery
The postpartum period is a vulnerable time for women, and it’s crucial to prioritize not only our babies but also our own well-being. Many women attend their six-week check-up and receive clearance to resume activities like running and working out. However, without proper rehabilitation and strengthening of the pelvic floor beforehand, this can lead to injuries such as back pain, urinary leakage, and hip pain.
This program was created to address these gaps in postpartum care. It offers a comprehensive pelvic floor rehabilitation plan that guides you week by week through the healing process after childbirth. Now is the time to prioritize your health and healing, Mama!
